- 当サロンは完全予約制です。
ご予約の際は、以下のキャンセルポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
【ご予約の変更・キャンセル】
ご予約の前日までにお願いします。
【キャンセル料金】
以下の場合は、規定のキャンセル料が発生します。
当日の日程変更・キャンセル→施術料金の50％
無断キャンセル→施術料金の100%
【遅刻】
ご連絡なく10分以上遅刻された場合、無断キャンセルとさせていただきます。
【注意事項】
無断キャンセルを繰り返した場合、今後のご予約をお断りすることがございます。
ご理解・ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
Reservation Policy
Our salon operates by appointment only.
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the following cancellation policy.
【Reservation Changes and Cancellations】
Please make any changes or cancellations by the day before your appointment.
【Cancellation Fees】
A cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:
Same-day changes or cancellations: 50% of the service fee
No-shows (without notice): 100% of the service fee
【Late Arrivals】
If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be treated as a no-show.
【Important Notice】
If you repeatedly cancel without notice, we may decline future appointments.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
